Data Controller

Antequera Participações e Empreendimentos S/A (CNPJ 34.859.292/0001-34), headquartered at Avenida Doutor Chucri Zaidan, 1557, Conjunto 1217, São Paulo, SP, is the controller of personal data under the LGPD (Brazil's General Data Protection Law), Law No. 13.709/2018.

Data We Collect

When you fill out the "Submit your business" form or contact us, we collect the following personal data:

• Full name
• Job title
• Email
• Phone number
• Company legal name and CNPJ
• Industry sector
• Annual revenue (range)
• Business description and objective (free-text message)

Purpose of Processing

Your data is collected solely to evaluate your company against Antequera's investment thesis and to reach out for a first conversation. We process this data under the legal basis of consent (Article 7, II of the LGPD), which you express by checking the box on the form.

Security

Data is stored encrypted, with access restricted to members of the analysis team. We use secure infrastructure (Vercel) with HTTPS certificates for data transmission.

Data Retention

We keep your data for as long as needed to evaluate your company (up to 18 months), unless you instruct us otherwise. After that period, your data will be deleted or anonymized, unless we have a legal basis for extended retention (banking secrecy law, regulatory obligations, etc.).

Your Rights

Under the LGPD, you have the right to:

• Access your personal data at any time
• Correct incorrect or incomplete data
• Delete your data (right to be forgotten)
• Withdraw your consent to data processing
• Request portability of your data to other controllers

Data Sharing

Your data will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except when required by law or a competent authority. Data may be accessed by members of the Antequera team with a specific investment-analysis role.
