Holding company
We are partners in the businesses we help run.
We don't sell capital. We sell partnership.
Antequera brings together technology and services companies under one thesis: grow with margin and governance, using real data to decide. We come in as partners and take a board seat. We get hands-on with the operation when the business calls for it.
What we look for
A company that already sells, with paying customers, but has stalled at the same point most do: the operation grew faster than the controls around it. The bottleneck is almost never money. What's missing is method, and method is what we bring.
What we bring to the table
Four fronts, always together.
Capital
We invest our own money. We have no fund term to meet, so we stay as long as the business needs.
That decision doesn't go through a third-party committee or answer to a limited partner's redemption date. The cash a portfolio company needs to grow comes from the same balance sheet that supports every other business in the group.
Technology
The group builds the systems its portfolio companies use. ERP, BI, and automation come in as group assets, not as projects contracted out to the market.
In practice, IKKI, a company within the group, builds and maintains that system. The same platform used across the portfolio today also serves outside companies, with revenue ranging from R$ 5 million to R$ 6 billion, which keeps the product tested at real scale, not just internally.
Management
Financial controls, pricing, and cash flow follow the same standard across every company in the portfolio.
The team applying this method sits inside the operation, with access to the same system it uses every day, not on a quarterly consulting visit. The cost and pricing framework tested at one company in the group arrives ready-made at the next, with nothing reinvented from scratch.
Governance
A board, an annual budget, and auditable numbers from the first month. A portfolio company joins the group already inside that standard.
The report the board receives is the same one that circulates inside the operation: trial balance, management P&L, and metrics measured against budget. There's no edited version for outside eyes.
How joining works
Three steps, always in this order.
The form
The conversation starts with the form, not an introductory meeting. You describe the operation as it stands today: revenue, where it's stuck, who handles what. That's what guides the first contact.
The diagnosis
Before any investment figure, we look at the operation from the inside: contracts, margin, process, team. That diagnosis decides whether becoming partners makes sense, and it also sets the size of the investment. There's no fixed table for check size or ownership stake.
The board
Once the investment closes, Antequera's partner takes a board seat and starts tracking the same numbers the portfolio company's leadership tracks, month by month, not just in a quarterly report.
Portfolio
Each company in the group tackles a piece of the same problem: making the operation perform better than it does today.
Builds and operates the ERP and management platforms that support the group's companies. Also serves clients outside the portfolio, from R$ 5 million to R$ 6 billion in revenue.

If you're looking for a partner
Read the thesis before you write to us. It states what we invest in and, more importantly, what we don't. If your case fits, the form takes fifteen minutes.
